about us

As a business owner, it’s easy to lose sight of the big picture. You wear a whole bunch of hats and it seems like there’s never enough time in the day to make it through your to-do list. So it’s not surprising that most business owners have trouble thinking about their long-term future.

That’s where we come in.

At Soterian, our goal is to help business owners like you think bigger. Bigger than today, bigger than your business, bigger than yourself.

You have the opportunity to shape your own future. But it’s much bigger than that. The actions you take today will shape the generations to follow. Through Intentional Action today, you have the opportunity to make waves that will ripple through the next 150 years.

Meet Ashley Tison

Ashley Tison founded Soterian in 2005 to harness the power of free enterprise for social good, shifting from a law-focused career in mergers and acquisitions to innovative business consulting. Under his leadership, Soterian evolved from its original focus on socially beneficial real estate projects to guiding business owners in creating a culture of accountability, transforming their personal and professional lives.

Drawing on experiences as an Air Force Academy alum, Division I athlete, attorney, and executive coach, Ashley's unique process helps business owners align their enterprise with their life's purpose. He actively contributes to various community and veteran organizations, underscoring his commitment to service and leadership.

Our Process

FIND YOUR WHY

It’s hard to live with purpose until you’ve found your why and created alignment in your life – your business life, your family life, and your personal life. We’ll help you find that why.

FIND YOUR WHEN

Every business is heading towards a transition. The owner may retire or sell the business by choice. Circumstances may force the owner to sell or close down the business prematurely. Waiting or procrastinating is a plan. Failing to choose is in fact a choice.

FIND YOUR HOW

Whether you’re planning to sell the business to a third party or transition it to family members, we’ll help you create a plan to ensure maximum value in your business – now and in the future.
